I figured out the warp but I still am not able to figure out filling the head part. I used a mask and erased it then I tried using the elipitcal marque tool and filling it with a gradient and it just is not working for me. I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Ok I figured out what I was doing wrong to get the gradient to show up. I had to use the marque tool on the actual skin and not the background layer. What I can't figure out now is how to apply it so I do not always have the dotted circle.
